DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AIR Limited (the “Issuer”), a direct wholly owned subsidiary of AIR Global PLC (Nasdaq: AIIR) (the “Company” or “AIR”), today launched an offering (the “Offering”) of U.S. Dollar-denominated Rule 144A/Regulation S senior unsecured notes (the “Notes”). The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior basis by AIR and certain of the Issuer’s subsidiaries.
