New platform powers Boxlight’s Symphony certified process, helping resellers design district-wide solutions, streamline installation and maintain deployment quality
Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL), a leading provider of interactive technology, digital signage, classroom audio and campus communication solutions, today announced Boxlight Composer, a new platform designed to make Boxlight solutions easier to design, sell, install and verify at scale.
Developed with Boxlight’s partners and customers in mind, Composer powers the company’s Symphony Certified process for campus communication. The platform connects key stages of the customer journey—from initial solution design and proposal development through installation planning, field documentation and final customer approval—in one streamlined workflow.
Composer enables sales professionals and resellers to quickly build solutions for individual schools or entire districts, generate professional PDF proposals, and guide customers through visual project walk-throughs using mapped device locations. Users can also assemble product specifications, create installation to-do lists, attach photos and field notes, and document verified customer sign-off when work is complete.
“Composer represents a significant step forward in how we help our partners design and deliver Boxlight solutions,” said Sean Penn, Senior Vice President of Product Management at Boxlight. “By bringing sales, system design, installation planning and project verification into a connected experience, we can make deployments easier to manage while maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect. Composer was built around the real-world needs of our partners and customers, and it will help us scale the business while making Boxlight even easier to choose and do business with.”
For Boxlight, Composer also represents an important investment in operational scalability. Standardizing project workflows and documentation can help the company and its channel partners expand their reach while delivering a consistent experience across schools, campuses and districts. The initiative also supports Boxlight’s broader strategy of strengthening strategic partnerships and advancing account-based marketing initiatives, helping the company and its partners more effectively identify, engage, and grow opportunities within targeted school districts.
“Composer is what every company should have for their vendors,” said Michael Rowland, President at Truline Technologies. “It cuts down the quote turnaround time, speeds up our proposal times, and is a gamechanger in our ultra-competitive market. More importantly, there is no delay or waiting by the customer,” he goes on to say.
Composer is currently available to all authorized Boxlight resellers. The platform is free to use.
